High Temperature Vacuum Furnace Explained | HAOYUE V Series (1800-2400 °C)

HAOYUE V series high temperature vacuum furnace with graphite hot zone rated to 2400 °C

A high temperature vacuum furnace is limited less by its power supply than by the material of its hot zone. This 60-second explainer compares the three options on the HAOYUE V series: graphite at 2000/2400 °C, tungsten at 1800/2000 °C and molybdenum at 1000/1300 °C, all in a cold-wall chamber at 6.7×10-3 Pa with a diffusion or molecular pump. Ramp limits, ±5 °C uniformity on a five-point survey, optional 2 bar gas cooling and the carbon-pickup trade-off of a graphite hot zone are all covered in the linked article.
