A gas pressure sintering furnace (GPS) densifies ceramics and cemented carbides under a positive pressure of nitrogen — 6 to 10 MPa in the HAOYUE G Series — so densification continues at temperatures where the material would otherwise decompose or stop shrinking. This 60-second explainer shows how the G Series combines a pressure vessel, a 1600 / 2000 °C graphite hot zone and a dual-mode atmosphere system to reach near-full density without a die set and without HIP encapsulation.
