S\u00e9lection des mat\u00e9riaux pour la zone chaude<\/h3>\n<p>Les trois mat\u00e9riaux les plus courants dans les zones chaudes sont\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Feutre de graphite + feuille de graphite :<\/strong> Tr\u00e8s \u00e9conomique, excellente uniformit\u00e9 thermique jusqu&#039;\u00e0 2200 \u00b0C. Convient aux m\u00e9taux durs, aux carbures c\u00e9ment\u00e9s et aux produits en graphite.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Feuille de molybd\u00e8ne (Mo) + \u00e9crans thermiques en Mo\u00a0:<\/strong> Environnement propre, sans contamination par le carbone. Id\u00e9al pour le frittage du titane, le MIM de l&#039;acier inoxydable et les mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9actifs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Feuille de tungst\u00e8ne (W) + \u00e9crans thermiques en W\u00a0:<\/strong> R\u00e9sistance aux temp\u00e9ratures les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es (plus de 2500 \u00b0C), d\u00e9gazage minimal. Indispensable pour le frittage de m\u00e9taux r\u00e9fractaires comme le tungst\u00e8ne, le tantale et le niobium.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Configuration de l&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ment chauffant<\/h3>\n<p>La r\u00e9gulation ind\u00e9pendante multizone (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 2 \u00e0 4 zones) assure une uniformit\u00e9 de temp\u00e9rature optimale.
